Smoothie Recipe

I love to have this delicious smoothie either for breakfast to kick start my day or after a work out to give me a much needed energy boost. 

1 Banana
1 handful Blueberries
1 handful Raspberries
3 teaspoons Maple Syrup
200ml Almond Milk

Blitz in the blender till smooth and creamy
Decorate with chopped bananas and halved blueberries.
